Do you accept insurance?
I am not an in-network provider, however, you may contact your insurance company directly to inquire about your plan and any out-of-network reimbursements for psychotherapy.

I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for receiving “Out of Network” benefits; I CANNOT guarantee reimbursement from your insurance. Clients are responsible for full session fee at the time of sessions.

Are you seeing clients in person?
At this time, all sessions are conducted virtually.

What forms of payment do you accept?


I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.


What is your Cancellation Policy?
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure that you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.


What are your days/hours of operation?
I have flexible session openings on Mondays-Thursdays.

 

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE

As of January 1, 2022, all healthcare providers are required to provide uninsured and self-pay clients estimates for the costs of your care. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs and treatment. This will be provided by this office upon scheduling and/or as requested. This Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that could arise during treatment.
