As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am here to help you to restore hope and begin to live your best life. I believe that compassion, authenticity, and empathy are the foundation of a strong and collaborative therapeutic relationship. If you are looking to improve your quality of life through self-exploration, I believe that therapy can help. You will gain coping skills, increase self-care, and gain the confidence to know that you are enough. I tailor my therapeutic approach to each individual to empower clients to become the best versions of themselves, and use aspects of different evidence-based modalities in therapy.

I have clinical experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. I work with survivors of trauma, those struggling with eating disorders and body image concerns, and survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, as well as those with mood/anxiety disorders.

Prior to entering the field of Social Work, I taught middle school at a K-12 independent school. I have also served as the Program Director of a residential eating disorder program for adolescents, and also have experience working as the lead clinical therapist at a domestic violence shelter. Additionally, I have worked as a Forensic Interviewer for a local Child Advocacy Center, as well as a therapist at a Crisis

Center. I have been working with clients in the outpatient private practice setting since 2018.
